All of our workmanship is guaranteed. All cushions can be altered by removing or adding filling if you find them too soft or too full. All we ask if for you to get the items to us. We also provide a popular top-up service if you feel your cushions could do with extra filling, even after years of use. We do not offer refunds on bespoke items unless the items are faulty.
