Posting Your Covers
We Can Collect Your Covers
If you are unable to get to a Post Office easily, please let us know as we can arrange for our courier (DPD) to collect your covers from your home. Simply pack them up as if you were posting them and provide us with your collection address and a contact telephone number. DPD will pick them up and label them the following day.
No Covers?
If you have no covers, do not panic, we can work from your measurements for the cushions required. Email us: sales@thefeathercompany.com or telephone us on 0131 447 8266.
Post your Template/Drawings
For odd shapes or cushions with curves, please send paper templates or a diagram with the measurements. Send to The Feather Company, 36 Canaan Lane, Edinburgh, EH10 4SU.

Allow two weeks for bespoke orders.
Postage
We use Interlink/DPD to ship orders across the U.K and Europe. Interlink notify parcel recipients by SMS/email with a one-hour delivery window which can easily be changed. An excellent service so that you don’t have to wait in all day.
